Lizzie Bentley-Bowers

Lizzie focuses on enabling clients to recognise and confront established, unhelpful patterns and then identify the internal and external resources that will support new, unencumbered ways of operating.  Clients benefit from understanding and taking control of their choices, leading to professional as well as personal growth and sustainable change.

Lizzie is passionate about clean feedback which, focusing on fact rather than judgment, can create the opportunity for individuals and teams alike to step back and see what they do with fresh eyes, celebrate and build on what they do well while leaving behind old, unuseful ways of being.

Clients quickly become aware of Lizzie’s ability to help them unearth what is really going on and then, in collaboration, use that as a basis to move forward.  She combines warmth and lightness of touch with robustness and challenge.  These qualities, alongside her non-judgmental approach are integral to clients’ ability to embrace change.

Formerly a drama teacher and senior manager in a large comprehensive school, Lizzie experienced the powerful impact, both positive and negative, of people’s tendency to get stuck in patterns and habits of work and behaviour. Now a qualified Coach, Lizzie finds her skills appreciated in the corporate and Education sectors alike.

Lizzie holds a diploma in coaching and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
