Chris Rowe

If your company event - be it a Conference, kick-off or roadshow – demands a truly positive impact, Chris is the expert you need.  While he doesn’t profess to be an expert within the confines of any client’s specific industry, he is an expert facilitator and has been involved in events - be it creating the format, writing the script or simply facilitating – for a whole host of businesses across every sector in the UK as well as global conferences with multi-lingual audiences for corporations such as Nortel and Microsoft.

He immerses himself in a company’s culture as well as the event objectives and works with a client to ensure he has all the relevant information and background to ensure he can fully support the speakers.  Having discussed the brief, Chris will put forward the style he think will best suit both the company and the individual presenters. A great advocate of the use of the interview to create light and shade within a conference, he ensures the interviewee’s energy level remains high, becoming the ‘bullet points’ for the presentation, and creates a ‘dialogue’ situation to help the presenter relax and in turn render the presentation more relaxing and interesting for the audience – who consequently are much more likely to take away the right messages.  As a measure of his ability, Chris has been approached by delegates after several events asking which department he works for and wondering why they haven’t met him before!

Being highly qualified as a comedy/factual writer in Television and Radio, Chris is used to collaborating with the client and conference production team on all elements to be presented on the day and is equally comfortable when the event includes quizzes and demographic surveys using Audience Response Systems or even Awards ceremonies.

He has presented his own shows on Channel 5, BBC Radio 5 and Talksport.
